7. Participant Responsibilities 
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and complying with all instructions, safety guidelines, age restrictions, fitness requirements, and experience-specific conditions. 
Participants must disclose any relevant information requested by the experience operator where it may affect safe participation. 
Rare Escapes and its experience partners reserve the right to refuse participation where a participant's conduct, health condition, intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions may create a risk to themselves or others. 

8. E-Bike and Activity-Based Experiences 
Certain Rare Escapes experiences may involve e-bikes, cycling, walking, outdoor activities, or other forms of physical participation. 
Participants must follow the instructions of guides and experience personnel and use any safety equipment provided or required. 
Participation in outdoor and activity-based experiences may involve inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge the nature of the relevant activity and agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions. 
Additional waivers, declarations, or participation terms may apply to specific activities.

9. Third-Party Experience Partners 
Some experiences may be operated or delivered by independent third-party partners. 
While Rare Escapes seeks to work with suitable experience providers, the delivery of certain services may remain subject to the operational control of the relevant third-party provider. 
Where legally permitted, responsibility for services directly delivered by a third-party provider will be subject to the applicable provider terms and relevant law.

10. Intellectual Property 
All website content, including the Rare Escapes name, brand identity, text, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Rare Escapes unless otherwise stated.
